This individual was named after Visual Effects Supervisor Brian Tatosky (formerly of visual effects company Double Negative before becoming employed by the franchise itself) who has contributed to the entire Star Trek: Picard series as well as the fourth and fifth seasons of Star Trek: Discovery, and second and third seasons of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
