Brax (R'ongovian)

Brax was a R'ongovian who served as first officer of the R'ongovian Protectorate flagship, an antiquated solar sailship used only for ceremonial occasions, in the 23rd century.

In 2259, Brax assisted Captain Vasso L'Gaelia during negotiations on Starbase 1 regarding a potential alliance with the Federation. On their first meeting with the Starfleet representatives, he expressed curiosity about Lieutenant Spock and how the Federation accommodated a multitude of different perspectives. Brax was later surprised when Captain Christopher Pike chose to speak on Spock's behalf. (SNW: "Spock Amok")
