Borom

Elder Borom was a male Vau N'Akat and one of the leaders of Solum in the late 24th century, alongside Kathon. Unlike his female counterpart, Borom appeared to be more resistant to change and less open to the idea of other worlds. (PRO: "Into the Breach, Part II", "Who Saves the Saviors")

His power was later usurped by Asencia, who set about placing Solum on the warpath and, along with Ilthuran and Kathon, was set for execution. Borom was rescued by the crew of the USS Protostar which, along with Asencia's tyrannical actions, apparently changed his views for the better. The two Solum Elders joined the Uprising and offered their assistance to Gwyndala when she defeated Asencia. Kathon and Borom watched as delegates from Starfleet made peaceful first contact with representatives of Solum led by Ilthuran. (PRO: "Brink", "Ouroboros, Part I", "Ouroboros, Part II")
