During their brief war with Species 8472 in 2374, the Borg lost 312 ships, 8 planets and 4,000,621 drones in Matrix 010, Grid 19. (VOY: "Scorpion, Part II")

These ships were only mentioned in dialogue.
This number presumably includes a number of Borg cubes shown destroyed in this and the preceding episode.

Omega particle disaster

During the Borg's attempt to create the Omega particle, 29 vessels and 600,000 drones were lost. (VOY: "The Omega Directive")
