A Cerritos team wades through a bog on Khwopa

A bog was a swamp-like wetland that collected dead plant material and moss. Bogs were so prevalent on Khwopa that it was considered a bog planet.

In 2380, Captain Amina Ramsey led an away team to the bogs of Khwopa, fitted with special bog-wading gear, to repair a water filtration system for the Khwopians. (LD: "Much Ado About Boimler")
