The blood glucose level was the measurement of glucose in one's blood.

In 2365, rebutting Worf's denials, Doctor Katherine Pulaski clarified her diagnosis that he had fainted by listing his symptoms, including a drop in his blood glucose level. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder")
