William Francis "Billy" Bastiani (13 November 1952–14 September 2018; age 65) was the actor who played Omag in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Unification II". He filmed his scenes on Wednesday 18 September 1991 on Paramount Stage 8.
