Beta Tauri

Beta Tauri was a single star system in the Alpha Quadrant. The star's name was Elnath (the official name for Beta Tauri).

Stellar cartography

The Beta Tauri system was visible from Earth in the constellation Taurus. It was approximately 134 light years from Sol.

In 2259, the location of this system was labeled on a stellar cartography chart on the USS Enterprise's ready room viewscreen. (SNW: "Children of the Comet")

In 2324, the location of this system was labeled in a chart used during a Section 31 Alpha Team briefing. (Star Trek: Section 31)
