The Berussian Cluster was an inhabited star cluster that was located in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

The con artist pretending to be Ardra claimed that she was known as Mendora in the Berussian Cluster, the inhabitant's equivalent to the Devil. (TNG: "Devil's Due")
