Bentha was a Delta Quadrant location associated with the Benthans.

Steth planned on traveling to Bentha with an alien imposter, where he hoped to find a female victim of this entity, in 2374. (VOY: "Vis à Vis")

This location was only mentioned in dialogue.
It was not clear from the episode the inter-relation between this location and Benthos.
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 89), Bentha, also known as Benthos, was a star system. The primary of this system was a K-class star. In accordance with a naming scheme common to Star Trek, where a planet could share its name with its primary, there might be a planet named Bentha in this system.
