Ben Shenkman

Ben Shenkman (3 July 1913–14 April 1996; age 82) [1] was an award winning cartoonist employed at Filmation studios as an animator on Star Trek: The Animated Series. He worked in the motion picture industry, beginning at Schlesinger Studios (later Warner Bros. Studios) in 1940, until his retirement in 1982. At the time, he was a member of The Animation Guild Local 839 IATSE.
