Bellus 4

Bellus 4 was a fixed location within Federation space in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant. This location provided outposts like the Regula I research station with goods.

A cargo container from Bellus 4 was in storage in the Genesis cave in the planetoid Regula. (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan)

This fixed location was only mentioned in writing.
Like Zyra, this reference was an apparent homage to the film When Worlds Collide, in which Bellus was a star that collided with Earth.
