Baldoxic vinegar

Baldoxic vinegar was a type of vinegar.

Neelix told Tuvok in 2372, that he bred orchids like Tuvok did, but Neelix usually used them for a salad, calling them "pure heaven" when served with a touch of Baldoxic vinegar. (VOY: "Tattoo")
