The Atmosphere Filtration Facility was a utility plant in the capital city on Quarra.

One day in 2377, Captain Kathryn Janeway, when she was a conscripted worker at the Central Power Facility, was late for work because she boarded the wrong transport. This transport brought her to the Atmosphere Filtration Facility. Her supervisor was surprised that the facility did not offer her a job as they were always looking for skilled workers.
