Arraignment

An arraignment was a type of hearing in which the accused was required to answer the criminal charges against them.

In 2365, during a Dixon Hill holoprogram session, Madeline reminded "Hill" that his testimony got Jimmy Cuzzo arraigned. Rex added that he had also testified. (TNG: "Manhunt")

In 2374, Benjamin Sisko told Dukat he'd see him at his arraignment. (DS9: "Waltz")
