Ardan James was a contest winner who won a walk-on-role as a Voyager sciences officer in the Star Trek: Voyager second season episode "Elogium" which was filmed as part of the first season.

James works as comedian and illusionist known as "The Animated Illusionist". [1] He toured several countries and performed shows in Las Vegas, Sweden, London, California, Germany, New Orleans, New York, and Japan. Among the awards he received are the Steffen Comedy Magic Award, several awards from the Society of American Magicians, 1st Place Houdini Club Stage Act, and the metal winner at the World Magic Festival in Shanghai, China.

Currently, James resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. [2]
