Aqu'tica

Aqu'tica was an inhabited oceanic planet located near the remote Federation relay station CR-721. It had at least two moons, one of which was large and had its own atmosphere. This was the homeworld of the whale-like aquathawns, as well as the Aqu'ticans, a pre-industrial sentient aquatic species.

In 2384, the USS Protostar visited this planet, where its crew successfully saved a pregnant female aquathawn from a band of hunters. (PRO: "Asylum")

Aaron Waltke revealed that in the episode's script, this planet was known as Aqu’tica and its natives were named the Aqu’ticans. [1]
