An anti-grav suit was a specialized garment with built-in anti-gravity technology that allowed its wearer to fly.

In 2384, a team of Romulan Tal Shiar commandos wore anti-grav suits to infiltrate the space elevator on Noble Isle, in pursuit of the USS Protostar crew. Their suits also incorporated life support systems and could be fully enclosed, enabling them to operate at extreme altitudes. (PRO: "Masquerade")
