Animal person

An animal person was someone who liked spending time with animals.

In 2365, upon observing Jean-Luc Picard's horseback riding holoprogram, Deanna Troi noted that she never thought of him as an animal person. Picard explained that he didn't care for small animals, but he did like horses. (TNG: "Pen Pals")
