Anabaj

The Anabaj were a humanoid species.

A female Anabaj met Brad Boimler on Tulgana IV and tried to seduce him into jamaharon, but Beckett Mariner chased her away by spraying her with water out of a hose.

The Anabaj species had several reptilian traits, such as slit-like pupils, a frill atop their head, pointed teeth, and a long, forked tongue.

The species possessed several abilities, including telepathy, changing their appearance to seem Human, and crawling up walls in a manner similar to a gecko.

Beckett Mariner claimed that they were attracted to the color red and weak-minded people. She also claimed she had dated one (but only to annoy her mother), and that the Anabaj woman Boimler met wanted to "implant eggs in [his] throat".

The Risians in the Anabaj's presence on Tulgana IV did not seem to be afraid of her. (LD: "Envoys")
