Amy Szoke (born 27 September) is a stuntwoman, stunt actress, and professional motorcycle racer who played a Toronto City Police officer in the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds second season episode "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow". She also served as stunt double for Rachael Ancheril in the Star Trek: Discovery fifth season episode "Erigah". She received no credit for her work.

Szoke has been competing in men's class in the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship. She is married to fellow Canadian motorcycle racer Jordan Szoke, the couple have a son, Wolfgang Larry Szoke.
