Amuse-bouche

An amuse-bouche is a single, bite-sized hors d'œuvre. Amuse-bouches are different in that they are not ordered from a menu by patrons but are served free and according to the chef's selection alone.

In Klowahkan culture, it was used as a greeting dish that everyone received upon arriving on the planet. When it appeared that Migleemo would be sent to prison for his bland dishes by food critics Sir Legnog and Madame Gonald, the USS Cerritos crew exposed that they lost their sense of taste via their amuse-bouche (raw Klowahkan oyster with grubfruit mignonette) by replacing the raw oyster part with replicated shit.
