Amleth Prime

Amleth Prime was the inhabited prime planet in the Amleth system. The planet was found in an emission nebula and was located inside Cardassian space in the Alpha Quadrant. The planet Rakal and the Loval system were located in the same sector as this planet.

This nebula rendered cloaking devices ineffective, making the station on this Cardassian planet more difficult to attack in 2372. (DS9: "Return to Grace")

This planet's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of the Cardassian Union as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
