Lieutenant Amber Maher was a Starfleet officer who served during the early 25th century. In 2401, she assigned to USS Stargazer and served on Gamma shift. (PIC: "The Star Gazer")

Maher later served on the USS Titan-A's beta shift. (PIC: "The Next Generation")

This character was only mentioned in writing. They were listed on an illegible duty roster in "The Next Generation" which was later shared by Bill Krause on Twitter. [1](X)
Amber Michaelle Maher was a member of the camera and electrical department on Star Trek: Picard and the namesake of this character.
