Jean-Luc Picard brought a bottle of Altairian brandy as a gift for Lwaxana Troi in 2364, which Mr. Homn downed in one swig. (TNG: "Manhunt")

The bottle of Altairian brandy is a reuse of the bottle of Romulan ale that Dr. Leonard McCoy gave to Admiral James T. Kirk for his birthday.
