Air handling system

The air handling system was part of the life support systems aboard the USS Enterprise-D.

In 2366, an environmental system malfunction on the bridge of the Enterprise-D released toxic levels of nitrogen oxide, which caused the bridge crew to cough. Commander William T. Riker switched to manual control of the air handling system to return the air to normal. (TNG: "Evolution")
