Abdul Abulbul Amir
"Abdul Abulbul Amir" was a 19th century Earth song.
In 2367, on Terlina III, Lore sang the first verse of the song after successfully impersonating Data in order to trick Noonien Soong into installing an emotion chip in him and commented "I've always loved that ditty, but I could never quite get the cadence right." Lore later sang additional lines from the song when beaming away from the planet and as he murdered his father. (TNG: "Brothers")
The song was originally written by Percy French in 1877. Many variations of the lyrics exist, including a parody used by British rugby clubs.

Lyrics
- The sons of the Prophet
- Were valiant and bold
- And quite unaccustomed to fear
- But of all the most reckless
- Or so I am told
- Was Abdul Abulbul Amir.
