A class planet

An A class planet was a planetary classification presumed to exist by Dal R'El.

In 2383, Dal unknowingly referenced this classification, after being encouraged by Kathryn Janeway to visit an M class planet, explaining that he and his crew "all deserve A class planets" (presumably believing they were superior to M). (PRO: "Dream Catcher")
