In a holoprogram set in 1944, Katrine considered Château Latour from 1929 to be too good for Karr, serving him a 1936 vintage instead. (VOY: "The Killing Game")
In an alternate 1944, the Nazi propaganda film News on Parade stated that the United States economy had been crippled since 1929 due to "financial profiteers". (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")

This seems to correspond to the Great Depression in the main timeline.
