Eponymous signs in cardiology are medical signs relating to diseases of the heart and blood vessels, and are named for individuals.[1][2][3]

Broadbent sign William Broadbent and Walter Broadbent 1. Observation of pulsations in the 2nd or 3rd intercostal space in a person with aneurysm of the anterior aortic arch.

2. The in-drawing of the left side and back near the 11th and 12th ribs with every heartbeat, indicating pericarditis due to pericardial adhesions to the diaphragm.[7]
