Volcanic Primeval worlds are fairly similar to normal Primeval worlds, but as the name and description imply are much hotter and volcanic. This heat will cause any explorer to be inflicted with the health-draining Tropical Heat debuff, which will require protection such as a Repulsor Field EPP to counteract. On top of that, the ground is covered in volcanic rock that will burn on touch without sufficient Fire resistance. But arguably the biggest danger are the dinosaurs, which can be tough for anyone unprepared. At least they drop Hardened Monster Plates and Dinosaur Eggs upon death.
These worlds have a Threat Level ranging from Tier 3 to Tier 4, and resources such as Titanium and Neptunium can be found here.
