Psionic Power III (Metaphysics tree).Void-Warp Locus is an extremely high-tech staff that allows player to Teleport to the cursor, ignoring all walls and other obstacles. This consumes 100% of available energy with nearly all armor loadouts, so "teleport and immediately attack" is not a viable strategy.
Unlike a less advanced Translocator, this staff's Teleport ability doesn't work within instanced worlds (including friendly maps like the Science Outpost or Heaven).
If you have Precursor Data-Key in your inventory, it will work in the Science Outpost.
