Plating Table turns edible food (such as Potato) into placeable decorative objects (such as Potato Basket). It can also convert those decorations back into food.

This can be used for decorative builds (placeable food looks great on your Wooden Table or something), and also to summon "Chef Merchant" tenant NPCs (place a Colony Deed in the same room as those decorative foods).
