Modified Pillar is a mysterious obelisk and a 1-slot storage. It's not purely decorative. Depending on the item placed into it, all enemies within 20 blocks of it will be affected by various debuffs.

It doesn't require power. It can, however, be upgraded into a vastly superior Warped Regulator, which supports 3 slots for items and has a range of 500, but requires 320W of power.
