Medieval Workstation provides all tier 1 recipes except for Campfire.

Warning: this is mostly useless (you will want normal stations like Foraging Table anyway, because they are upgradeable to have tier 2+ recipes, while Medieval Workstation can't be upgraded). Spending 15 Tungsten Bars on it in early game will prove to not be the most satisfying thing in the world, as there are better uses for those bars.
