Escape Teleporter allows your Survival character to beam to your ship from anywhere (even deep underground). Place it on a background wall and interact with it.

It's not consumed after use (and can be used again), but it's not teleported with you (it will remain on the wall where you left it). To recover that Escape Teleporter (and use it elsewhere), you'll have to come back for it.

Placing an Escape Teleporter and a flag nearby is a cheap alternative to fully functional Teleporters.
