Atmospheric Cleansing (Electronics tree).Atmospheric Filter broadcasts the effects of one EPP Augment (such as Ghost Shield) to a radius of 150 tiles around it.
This is a one-slot storage, and the EPP Augment must be placed inside. Without the augment it doesn't do anything.
Later in the game you can replace it with a more advanced Atmospheric Regulator, which has space for 3 augments, has a range of 500 tiles and grants some basic immunities.
