Throwing Expert

Prerequisites: Strength or Dexterity 13 or higher
After extensive practice in precision throwing, you gain the following benefits:

• You can add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll when you throw an improvised weapon.
• Attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on your thrown weapon attack rolls with weapons that have the thrown property.
• When the target of your thrown weapon attack is within the normal throwing range, you gain a +2 bonus to the attack roll and ignore half cover.
