The Rat King
Warlock Subclass
Those who dwell in the dark worship a fiendish entity they call the Rat King. They see rats as little emissaries of their Rat God. They see a rat infestation, not as a nuisance but a sign of favor from their King, who whispers to the most cunning and intelligent, granting them magic through eldritch pacts. Most worshipers understand surprisingly little about the Rat King, and make up stories and fables about their exploits.
Expanded Spell List
The Rat King lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Lead The Horde
At 1st Level, you can cast Speak With Animals at will as long as the target is a rat or any adjacent creature. Additionally, you gain a Swarm of Rats as an animal companion. The swarm follows your orders to the best of its ability but will not put itself in harms way. Finally, you may spend a spell slot to summon another Swarm of Rats. You may have a number of Swarm of Rats equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
Pestilence
At 6th Level, whenever a creature gets damages by one of your Swarm of Rats or by a spell you cast that deals Necrotic or Poison damage, they must succeed on a CON save against your Spell save DC or gain a Pestilence Counter. For every Pestilence Counter a creature has, they gain a cumulative set of de-buffs and they gain a +1 against your Spell save DC. A creature will get rid of half of its Pestilence Counters after a short rest, and all of them after long rest.

One Of Us
Also at 6th Level, Rats and other rodents will always regard you in a friendly way, unless you bring them harm. Additionally, you have advantage on Charisma rolls and Animal Handling rolls against rodents.

At 10th Level,
Aspect of the Rat King
At 14th Level, You can use your action to polymorph into a Rat Prince, a Swarm of Cranium Rats or back into your true form. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn't transformed. You revert to your true form if you die.
- Your Rat Prince form last for up to 10 minutes and your melee attacks trigger your Pestilence feature.
- Your Swarm of Cranium Rats form lasts for up to 1 minute, you cannot cast spells and your melee attacks trigger your Pestilence feature.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to half of your Proficiency Bonus.
