Swarm Shape

Prerequisites: Wild Shape
You've learned how to divide your form into many beasts when you wild shape, not just one. When you wild shape, you can choose to become a swarm of tiny beasts, such as a swarm of rats or a swarm of insects. You must otherwise abide by all other restrictions of wild shape.

Swarms behave a bit differently than other wild shapes. When you reform, for every 2 hit points you were missing as a swarm, you lose a hit point in your new form.
