Outbreak: Epidemic If the wielder of Outbreak has HP lower than their maximum HP, apply the following effects based on the amount of HP they have remaining. Apply all previous stages of outbreak: Epidemic that apply.

  • HP < 30 - SIVA LV1: Outbreak feasts off the pain of its wielder, infecting their body with an otherwordly strength. Outbreak now deals 1d10 +1d4 +dex Slashing
  • HP < 20 - SIVA LV2: Outbreak spreads its influence further into the wielder, siphoning their consciousness into the sharpness of the blade, slowly becoming one with the user. Creatures damaged by Outbreak must make a CON save (DC 16), on a failed save they become poisoned.
  • HP < 10 - SIVA LV3: Outbreak influences its user, even after death. if Outbreak's weilder's HP drops below 0, they gain 5 Temporary HP.
  • HP < 00 - Outbreak: Perfected: We are one, we are the Outbreak. we now deal 3d10 + 1d6 poison damage to our enemies. (This overrides SIVA LV1) Our wielder cannot engage in any other action other than attacking and lose 1HP at the start of our turns.
