Lion's Barrage (4e Power)

Lion's Barrage: At the end of your turn use this ability to gain free attacks against moving enemies during their own turns. Shifting and Teleporting enemies do not provoke an attack. The more enemies that move, the more free attacks you'll get to make. Of course, If nobody moves? It is just wasted effort.

Effect: Until the beginning of your next turn you can make a ranged basic attack as a opportunity action against any moving creature within 5 squares. A shifting creature does not provoke this attack.
