Improved Second Wind

Prerequisites: Second Wind, 5th level
You can tap into your vigor a bit more effectively than others. You gain the following benefits:

  • Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
  • When you use second wind, you regain hit points equal to 2d10 + your fighter level instead of 1d10 + your fighter level. Additionally, you can choose to end the poisoned condition on yourself or reduce the level of any levels of exhaustion you have by 1.
