This weapon is a short barreled, miniature cannon. This weapon uses miniature cannon balls as ammunition, each of which costs 1 gp. Due to the cannon's immense recoil, if do not you have a Strength score of 13 or higher, you have disadvantage on attack rolls with it. As a halfway between an infantry weapon and a siege weapon, it must be reloaded as an action rather than as a bonus action.
