Handaxe of Bleed (5e Equipment)

This magically forged handaxe causes its victims to bleed out due to its razor sharp, hooked blade.

Bleed. This weapon has three charges. When you hit a creature with an attack with this weapon, you can use a bonus action to inflict the Bleed effect. On the beginning of their turn, they must succeed a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 necrotic damage per turn they have suffered from the Bleed effect. On a success, they take half damage. This effect ends when the affected creature regains hit points or takes a short or long rest.
