Potion, rare When left to settle, the liquid inside this potion forms into five layers of blue, pink, white, pink, and blue elements. They must be shaken together before drinking the elixir. Over the course of your next long rest after drinking this potion, your face and body will transform to match your gender identity. This change has no effect on your ability scores, age, race, or weight, but may increase or decrease your height or hair length by up to 6 inches. All equipment in your possession will magically resize to fit your new form. |
