This tiny pistol has two chambers. While fully loaded, you can choose to fire both rounds simultaneously, dealing 2d4 piercing damage. If the target is within 5 feet of you when you make an attack, you deal an additional 1d4 damage, regardless of if you fire both shots or not. Additionally, this weapon does not have disadvantage on attacks within 5 ft.
