Bullet and Shield Fighting

Prerequisites: Proficiency with firearm, shields
You have mastered the art of battling with a bullet and shield, wield firearm in one hand shoot it while protect self.

You can use a two-handed firearm with one hand while holding a shield with the other hand, but attacks are disadvantage.

When reloading a firearm, it must be done by action only during this feat.
