BloodLusted

You are overcome with bloodlust when you deliver a particularly deadly strike. When you score a critical hit with an unarmed strike, all attacks made against targets are that of critical for the next minute are considered criticals.

This effect ends earlier if you are reduced to 0 hit points, if you haven't attacked that creature since your last turn, if you attack another creature or if you are incapacitated.
