Poison Breath (Recharge 5-6). The ursolavee exhales poisonous gas in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 34 (7d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

A creation meant to surpass the nuckelavee, however this abomination has no fey blood. Using the carcasses of man and bear, having the poison organs of a deceased young green dragon, and two sharp blades riveted into the humanoid hands; an ursolavee is naught to be trifled with.

Undead Nature. An ursolavee doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
